Ibrahim Hussein, Somali and Arabic language teacher at East African Magnet School, was awarded the Early Career Award last week at the Minnesota Council on the Teaching of Languages and Cultures (MCTLC) conference. This is a state-level award that recognizes outstanding promise in providing excellence in instruction by a language teacher in their first 3 years of teaching.
